Type the text you want to search for in the document, at the top of the navigation pane.
If the text has been found in the document, it will be marked with a yellow color, and a preview will appear in the navigation pane.
If the text appears more than once, you can click the arrow on the navigation pane. You can also click preview results on the navigation bar to jump to the location of the results in your document.
When you close the navigation pane, then the results highlighted will be lost.
Replace Text in Word
Basically, the “replace” in MS word is the same as step “Find” text, i.e. through the “Home” tab. click the Replace command. Then the following dialog box will appear.
Type the text you want to replace in the first column.
In the second column, please type the text to replace it.
Click “Find Next” and then click “replace” to replace the text.
You can also replace a word or phrase by clicking on the “Replace All”.
